You are eligible to return a product within 14 days of receiving your order.
You are eligible to return your product with a return fee for pickups.
You will be able to submit a return request through the website, or you may contact us through call center or email.
Refunds of returned products will be managed by us, we will refund to you the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees).
You will be issued a refund to your bank account, in case you paid cash on delivery, you will be required to provide us with your bank account details to issue a refund.
Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back and inspected by the seller and that will be within 5 working days.
The refunded amount will be reflected on your bank account within (30) days from the day on which we receive the product back.
